# Identify a diarized speaker as a person

> Links a diarization speaker id to a person entity (or proposes a new person via `name`). Creates a community-attributed appearance immediately — it shows on the person page right away, flagged pending review; reviewers can revert it. Free (0 rows). Supports Idempotency-Key.
